HOW TO MEASURE

Chest
Measure around the widest part of your chest. Keep the measuring tape straight and comfortably loose.

Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist without pulling the tape too tightly.

Length
Measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to the bottom of the garment.

BETWEEN TWO SIZES?

Choose the smaller size for a closer, more fitted look. Choose the larger size for a more comfortable and relaxed fit.

For tracksuits, we recommend choosing the larger size if you prefer extra room or plan to wear additional clothing underneath.

FOOTBALL BOOTS

Our football boots generally fit true to size.

We recommend ordering the same size you normally wear in football boots or sports shoes.

• Regular-width feet: choose your usual size
• Wider feet or between two sizes: consider choosing one size larger
  

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To keep your jerseys and tracksuits in the best possible condition:

• Wash inside out using cold water or a gentle hand-wash programme
• Wash light and dark colours separately
• Do not tumble dry; allow the garment to air dry in the shade
• Iron only at a low temperature
• Do not iron directly over prints, badges, names or numbers
• Do not use bleach, fabric softener or aggressive detergents
